Returns
We want you and your little ones to love your Nowadays pieces. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind for any reason, you’re welcome to request a return, provided your order meets the conditions outlined below.
Returns Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all garment tags still attached.
- Return requests must be approved, and the order to be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. For peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Sale & Discounted Orders
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, except in cases where the item is deemed faulty. If a faulty item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Return
- Submit your return request online via your customer account, simply login (or create your account) here.
- After reviewing your request we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship your order back to us within 10 days of delivery using a reliable shipping service.
- Once your return is received and meets our returns policy standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid are non-refundable.
If your order is undeliverable, refused on delivery, or returned to us without prior approval, we reserve the right to deduct all associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return-to-sender costs from your refund.
Orders returned that are not eligible for a refund or store credit (including final sale items) will not be processed. If you would like the item sent back to you, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
