What materials do you use in your clothing?

All our pieces are made with 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, thoughtfully designed in Australia and ethically crafted in India. We choose natural, breathable fabrics that are gentle on your little one’s skin and the planet.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes. We are committed to responsible production, working with suppliers who uphold fair and safe working conditions. Our garments are made in India using ethical practices, ensuring that everyone involved is treated with respect.

How do I know which size to order?

We recommend choosing the size closest to your child’s age for a standard relaxed fit.
For an oversized fit, and extra room to grow, consider sizing up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

Australia: $10 Standard or $15 Express
Free delivery on all orders of $200 or more.

For international orders, flat rate delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

New Zealand: Free delivery on all orders of AUD $225 or more. 

Canada: Free delivery on all orders of AUD $285 or more.

United States: Free delivery on all orders of USD $300 or more.

Duties and taxes are included for US orders.
All other international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How should I care for my items?

To keep your Nowadays pieces looking their best:

  • Wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle with like colours.
  • Avoid bleach, tumble drying, or dry cleaning.
  • A warm iron can be used if needed.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your Nowadays pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it for a refund - provided your order meets our conditions for return. We don’t offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or style, we recommend requesting a return for the original item and placing a new order.
