Children’s Ground’s vision is for First Nations people across Australia to live with self determination and enjoy social, cultural, political and economic justice. For the next generation of children, this means growing up strong in identity and culture, with freedom, opportunity and wellbeing.
The Children’s Ground Approach is a 25-year strategy, designed and led by First Nations communities, that creates systemic change across five key areas: learning, health, wellbeing, employment and community life. Culture, leadership and community decision making are at the centre of this work. By embedding First Nations knowledge and combining it with global leading practice, Children’s Ground is building a different future, and the evidence shows it is working.
